All necessary steps – from the recognition of qualifications to the issuing of visas – are bundled and prioritized via the responsible immigration authority, so that the skilled worker can enter Germany and work more quickly. Information on the procedure and the IHK Ulm’s corporate service can be found here: Company service for international skilled workers – IHK Ulm
The International Placement Services (ZAV) of the Federal Employment Agency supports companies seeking skilled workers abroad with advice and its own recruitment projects. The ZAV also publishes international job advertisements with selected applicants and their brief profiles, for example for the healthcare, skilled trades/technology, freight forwarding/logistics, ICT specialists/engineers and hotel and restaurant sectors. You can obtain advice and further information from your employer service at the Federal Employment Agency.
