Event for companies: Thinking Skilled Workers Globally – Impulses for Recruitment and Integration
On March 31, 2026, the Ulm Chamber of Commerce and Industry and regional partners are hosting a three-hour lighthouse event on the recruitment, onboarding and integration of international specialists. The focus will be on concrete solutions, best practices and exchange formats for HR managers, management and executives from the region.
- In the thinking spaces , the participants delve deeper into issues of practical relevance and are given space to exchange ideas, experiences and concrete solutions.
- At the “Market of Opportunities”, experts from the Immigration Office, the Employment Agency, the Welcome Center, language course providers and intercultural projects, among others, will be available to answer individual questions
