Securing skilled workers remains an important issue for companies in the Ulm region. It is important to expand the pool of potential applicants. The potential of international students who complete their full Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at the region’s universities is diverse and interesting.
The fifth edition of the job fair for international students, “International students meet regional companies – Make it in Ulm!”, organised by the Welcome Center Ulm/Oberschwaben, is starting here. The aim is to inform international students about the career opportunities in the region, to show them, by means of success stories, how to start a career and to bring them into contact with regional companies.

Information and registration for companies
There are currently well over 1,000 people with international roots studying in the Ulm/Oberschwaben region. Many students could imagine staying in our region, but need clear prospects and career opportunities. They have special qualifications and skills and can represent an enormous, as yet untapped potential of skilled workers for the regional economy. This year, the job fair will again take place at the Ulm Chamber of Commerce and Industry on May 23, 2023, and will offer an attractive supporting program. Here you can meet your specialists of tomorrow, new employees. The organizers are project partners of the Welcome Center Ulm/Oberschwaben.Registration for companies:
